SMV is Sexual Market Value. The important word there is Market. Your worth goes up and down, and you're not doomed by your past mistakes as long as you have the right strategy going forward.

You're fine. When I was in college I hooked up with... quite the beast. This girl knew everyone and was proud about it. I lost all frame (way before I found TRP), lied about it, then got called out and finally told the truth. I got laughed at for a day or two and that was because of how poorly I handled it.

I made out with an ugly chick at a party once.

My entire social circle ranging from friends, dormmates, to co-workers were all talking about it for weeks, just busting my balls and poking fun at me.

But I think it actually helped my SMV instead because somehow I got popular since I was constantly the topic of conversation. And one of my female co-workers told me i was a "man-slut".

I hooked up with cuter girls after that and literally nobody ever talked about it again.
