Open with a compliment that is physical but not sexual. Complement her hair or her eyes or something like that. Be honest and genuine. there was probably more to her that caught your eye than just her boobs and her butt. "I noticed your smile..."

If she has even a short conversation with you, she's interested.

After about 2 to 5 minutes if she still talking to you, tell her that she's interesting and you'd like to get coffee sometime but you have to get going. Ask for her contact information, text her later that day asking for a date within the next few days.

I feel like it's a bad opener. I feel like you should either ask her if shes in x class because you're interested in x class and then talk about her major, or straight up say shes cute and you want to talk to her. I think faking interest in a class because you think shes cute and dont actually care about the class is kind of creeperish if you dont pull it off very smoothly. The other ones have some room for less than perfect performance, IMO.
