Anyone else find this ridiculous?

On one side, you have the advice “be yourself.” This is bad advice because being yourself = no results.

On the other side, you have the advice “copy the behaviors of an attractive man/alpha male.” This works but you lose your personality.

So what can you do? FIND A BALANCE. The right answer is the advice “be your best self.” Retain your personality, improve your life, and become the best version of yourself.

What have you done for your inner game? Approaches don’t work without breaking down what went right and what went wrong. This very much requires being in the moment and observant rather than just trying for numbers. 1 approach in a night that you are fully aware of will get your more information than 20 that just blend together with little meditation.

What have you done to understand the societal reasons why women actually do things that for example we call “shit testing.” Do you understand them from a place of empathy or a desire to win?

You don’t need to change your whole personality.. That will happen on it’s own with a deeper understanding of why. No amount of practice will help you without observation and understanding.

Edit: Most coaches have one objective. keep you coming back for more product. Consider that before investing in any programs in the future. they stop making money off you once you’ve achieved a level of competency.

Because the truth is that women either like you or not and they decide this before you even open your mouth. You cannot talk a woman into being sexually attracted to you, but you can certainly talk her out of it. Knowing this has helped me immensely when it comes approaching because I know I don't have to impress anyone. You can just be yourself as long as you're not needy. However, you will need to accept that the women you want may not be the women who want you.

My current stats:

1 month 450 approaches. 28 numbers. 7 insta dates. 1 date from a number. 1 lay.

But I got 18 numbers just last week. So my game is definitely improving.

Just keep grinding man, you will get there. Eventually you will become so good that 1 approach will lend u a lay.

I would go the self improvement route perhaps. If you increase your value (job, weight, creative skills like music or dancing, social standing) and then learn to communicate those value signals, your odds should improve.

Worse than 1 girl per 100 approaches means you need to keep getting better at socializing which means keep making cooler guy friends. At the same time improve your looks. Getting better lines or approaching more probably isn't as important yet. Still approaching is always good practice.

If you can name 3 guy friends that either have very cute girlfriends or can get laid easily with cute girls you are on the right track.

If you have 5+ guy friends that have hot girlfriends or can get laid easily with hot girls then you know how to socialize.

Guys with game that can have sex with hot girls know how to socialize if you can spend time hanging out with them it will rub off on you, witness how the treat hot girls. Other than that keep practicing having small talk with attractive waitresses, cashiers, customer service, baristas etc...

Joining a community college art class or something more interactive like acting wouldn't be bad either.

Practice is the only way. Get a wing who can give you some feedback. There's noting wrong about changing your personality. Your personality is not a given thing, you are a mix of people who you met in your life. Would your personality be different if you were raised by drug cartel, a billionaire or a nun? Now you have the chance to change it to your adventage.
