kinda create for yourself the perfect moment he can close the deal. when i was that shy guy the perfect moment was the first time she came over and we just started cuddling on the couch

Next time you see him invite him to your house or you go to his house and whenever you see him sitting just sit on his lap, don’t ask any questions or anything just sit on it, and then after awhile you should push him down on the bed and start kissing his neck and lips while gripping the collar of his shirt. If he wants you to stop then he will push you off. Do that and cuddle with him. Shy guys has a hard time making the first move so you have to take the initiative even if it means being forceful. Guys can’t do that to shy girls obviously but you’re a women so you have a little bit more of a leeway in that regards.

Invite him over to your place (if you have a pet maybe say I want you to meet Baxter). When you’re watching Netflix sit close to him. After a few minutes just look at his eyes and then look at his lips, then look back into his eyes and hold it. He should make the move then. If he doesn’t make the move then you could try going in and making the move. Once you’re making out a bit you can say “let’s go somewhere where we have more room to cuddle” then bring him to your bed. If he texted you to let him know when you get home safe, then he’s probably down.

Shy guy here, he is probably also afraid that what if you arent into him and he tries something and makes it awkward? Just be very direct, with words or actions. Or better yet both

As a painfully shy guy, you gotta direct with him. When it's time to make the move, realize that he probably has a million things rolling through his mind, so maybe make it a bit easier for him and go for the kiss with him. Just pull him to your lips.

I was a naive to dating and grabbed the guy’s hang and dragged him around Disneyland when I actually just wanted to hold his hand, but over a year later we’re engaged. Lol The right guy will make a move no matter how shy they are.
