Less is more. It’s good that you are able to talk dirty and you should continue to do so. However, it’s more so used to plant a seed or insinuate hooking up. You’ve basically already established you guys are fucking or at least interested so there isn’t a need for constant sexual remarks. She’s probably getting uncomfortable because it’s overkill and she doesn’t know how to respond to it at that capacity. You two are at a point where she can picture hu with you just by thinking about you so there’s no need to constantly remind her that sex is on the table. But again, still use the dirty talk sparingly to keep things interesting when it gets heated.

That’s something you need to ask her because it’s her preference. See what her boundaries are in bed and through the phone. Maybe it makes her uncomfortable cause she’s around others or maybe she’s new to dirty talk over the phone rather than in person?

I'm also not locked down with my recent girlfriend so it raises the point of how much should I sexualize the interactions.

Overall it seems to me that the same conversation rules as long distance relationship apply such as avoid making platonic discussions about things, instead keep focus on "me", "you", and "us". Keep conversations fun and use flirting & teasing i.e. playful comments about "us". Lockdown provides plenty of opportunity to explore that aspect.

Constant dirty talk would probably make her think you are just interested in her just for sex. If you’re trying to date her, that would be a big turn off. It could also suggest to her that you are overcompensating. It’s also just really uncomfortable for a conversation to turn toward sexual innuendos all the time.
