• It is during the bad times, the times where you feel like a total loser, rejected, abandoned and hopeless when you get to know your true self.

  • And it is during those times where you have the opportunity to be self-confident and prove yourself wrong.

This is why I love bad times because they can be very transformative and eye-opening.

  • Self-confidence is an inside out job.

And it is in no way dependent on the external. Yes, we do get confidence boosts from compliments, successes and sex but, these things are no necessity. It all starts with you. Your beliefs about yourself, your emotions, your thoughts and your actions.

Not with what women think of or how they feel about you.

-It is different from self-esteem.

Self-esteem is basically our sense of worth. It determines the beliefs we have about ourselves, the world and other people.

Self-confidence on the other hand is trust. Trust in yourself and trust in that what you do, believe, feel and think is 'correct'.
