This is actually a good question because attraction and arousal are not the same thing.

Here's my thought on the matter.

When some is attracted to you, you have their attention. And they'll try to work to keep it that way.

When someone is aroused, you have their investment. You're not just some guy, you matter.

Now not all women are the same. Some need attraction before they need arousal, and with some, they won't give enough of a shit until they feel some chemistry.

The attraction first types tend to be shyer and more risk-adverse. You need to coax them out of their shell first. Then once you have them focused on you, you hit them with a gentle compliment, maybe a touch and then they start chasing.

The arousal first types respond to what I call the Hank Moody approach - be more sexually flirtatious than average and totally non-needy. The shy types would be too intimidated by this kinda vibe but the more fun-loving types eat this up and start giving you windows and being available to follow your lead.

The secret is, recognizing when she's attracted vs when she isn't and recognizing when she's aroused and when she isn't.

When she's attracted, she'll want you to hit on her, she'll want to earn your praise and your smile. And women often get bent out of shape when they're attracted to someone and he doesn't want to play.

When she's aroused, she'll want you to play hard to get and prize frame. And there's nothing that ruins this more than when a guy gets too vulnerable and loses his nerve, or overpursues and scares her off.

Of all the women I've been with, only the ones I've slept with felt something actually romantic. Biochemically it's explainable where attachment hormones are released after having sex. So having sex with her with probably clear up any mixed signals.

Nature's signals are what drives you to want her. Nature's signals are what causes a baby duckling to attach to a human or another animal as their mother. Nature's signals are what causes a woman to fall in love after having sex with you.

Don't take nature's signals lightly. Always start sexual, there is no other attraction.

First of all, always assume women are attracted to you. From now on, everything is an IOI. This should be your default assumption unless proven otherwise.

As for understanding when women are horny, look into the concept of Buying Temperature. It’s the idea that when a woman gets turned on, her attraction is transferable to other men. This is why you can swoop in at the end of the night when a girl has been grinding with other guys all night. Basically, when she’s turned on, she wants to fuck, it doesn’t matter as much who it is.

Unfortunately, the same is true other way around - if you get a woman hot and bothered out at the bar, get her the fuck out of there and take her home before someone else does.

I used to have this problem and it was extremely frustrating for me. Knowing how to read women is an extremely underrated and overlooked skill when it comes to seduction. Not knowing how to read them can lead you to lots of frustration and girls jerking you around like you are experiencing. What I like to do if I don’t know where I stand with a girl is I simply ask her on a date. If she is genuinely sexually attracted to you, she will want to meet up for a date or a hangout and will schedule a time to meet up and actually show up. If she’s just playing games she will likely go around the question or agree to hang out with you but never set a solid date and show up. If she’s not down to hang out with you, then she’s probably just jerking you around for the attention and not truly interested in you. In that case, you can charge her to the game and move on to the next girl until you find one who actually wants to meet up with you and get shit poppin.
