Don't overtly tell her anything regarding other women. Simply don't be available when she calls and texts, particularly Fridays and Saturdays ...she will assume you are with another woman. When she confronts you, deflect and be vague.

I dunno, I've tried the whole deflecting thing and personally, for me, it gets tiring.

With one plate I had we shared everything. Down to who we were seeing on a particular night and even what we did with our other person. For her and for me, the honesty was very refreshing. I personally found it a nice approach.

But hey, everyone has different limits, but try testing yours. But really own the fact that there are other women, if you pussyfoot around it, she may pounce on that. Experiment. That's what life's about.

A. No, not explicity.

B. You shouldn't come right out and say it. "Oh, by the way, I'm having sex with two other women when I'm not with you" is not the preferred method. Instead, she should see it in your actions, and when she shit tests you about it, don't be explicit. Imply it and make her believe it with your actions.

This situation can be avoided by doing all of this from the start and establishing that your relationship is casual and non-exclusive.

A. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be brought up months later, apropos of nothing.

B. When questioned, do not lie, but agree and amplify:

Her: "Did you fuck another girl last night?"

You: "Yep. I think she'd dig you, so let's have a threesome."

Yea perfect idea. Let her know that you're sleeping with other people, if she can't handle it say, "you'd hate to see her leave but she's welcome leave. " She'll respect you for it.

Had the same question as OP. Seems like everyone agrees to deflect.

Last night one plate asked me: are you married? divorced? kids? Are you seeing other girls?

She was asking because I was too good to be true, how could I possibly be single?

I play the bf material game, it works for me and it's fun as well. If everything was on the table from day 1 I'd get bored too quickly.

Dr Robert Glover’s (author of NO MORE MR NICE GUY) advice re: exclusivity early on in a relationship (from his “Early Stages of Dating” podcast): if she asks if you’re seeing other women, you say: “Until you and I have a conversation about dating each other exclusively, you should assume that I am dating other women.”

If she persists, you say: “Seeing multiple people is a good way to slow things down, and we can actually get to know each other better that way. It’s actually a healthy thing to do. To not dive in exclusively before we’ve given ourselves a chance to know each other.”

This applies even if the two of you are involved sexually (and even if you are involved sexually with other women.)

If she stops seeing you because you won’t commit to her within the first few weeks, let her go.

The very fact that you're worried about what she thinks proves you already lost.

You can answer however the fuck you want. Just make sure you convey the message that you don't really care what she thinks. Then she'll try to make you care what she thinks. Then you show that you really don't care what she thinks. Then she will make her decision. Then you won't let her decision affect you in any significant way.
