Look for externalities, for example if you were in college and there was really shitty weather for a week it would stand to reason that more ppl would be active online and vise versa. So maybe it doesn’t have so much to do with you as it does some other thing that’s changing people behavior. (or on the flip side your game could be really shitty after a week so they just decide to ghost)

I’m noticing this with daygame lol. I was KILLING IT earlier this month (getting dates with cute girls, etc) and now it seems like I can’t even hold a good convo bc i took a break from the game. Momentum really does fade away.

no it's just your mindset and luck because you're using online dating apps which may have other lurking variables.

Yeah, that happens. To everyone. Why do you want attention so much though? I mean you specifically said attention, not sex or relationships. That's for you to reflect on, mate.

Fix your self-esteem, and learn general social skills. Practice talking with everyone and read about flow, again the highs come and go, but the question should be what you're doing on a regular basis, which should be maximizing your own personal happiness. This will radiate out to others, making them happy and so on and so forth.

When you become as comfortable in your untouchable state as you are in your vulnerable state things will flow much easier. Just realize that you are still you in each case. You can pull the most solid relationships from your not so on nights. Sometimes being too on can distance you from people since you're so much in your own frame. Be cool with both feelings and enjoy them.

It's definitely a thing imo. Not only for dates but for people in general. Even at work,some days when I'm down people don't say much besides stuff like good morning. When I'm in a good mood,even if I don't talk to them. People generally start to converse with me a lot more out of nowhere

Haha totally relate, I can walk outside and have girls flirting with me everywhere, feel on top of the world super grateful and happy to be alive strike up conversations with random people have a great time and get 5-10 good matches a day, have multiple women texting me to meet up daily and 3 days later I walk around with a heavy feeling, feeling unattractive, feeling aimless etcetera. Its literally the glass is half full and half empty perspective shift. I noticed I still base too much of my mood/ confidence on the attention I get from women and respectively on the outcomes of things in life and I am working on getting it solely from within myself. Sort of trying to figure out if that will help and or if it might be that I need to accept different emotions and states as they come and not fight them or worry about them.
