My rule is i always pay for the first date and maybe even the second date. But if the girl doesn't start offering to pay by the third date, my gold digger senses start tingling. This is for women that im casually dating (fwb, hook ups)

For women that i'm in a relationship with. I always split the bill when ever we go out to eat. And i don't mean 50/50 either.

I usually look at the receipt and pay for my own items and have my exes pay for their own food that they order. Then i divide the taxes and tips by 2.

And yes i'm doing this intentionally because i want to be 110% sure that the girl is with me because shes genuinely attracted to me and not trying to use me as a wallet or a free meal.

It makes me feel assured that shes purely with me for attraction and not using me.

The results are that some women put up with it just fine, but it also did turn some women off.

So im doing some self reflecting and wondering am i taking this "no gold digger mentality" too extreme? Or am i doing the right thing?

I adapted this mentality from my earlier days of reading books like "the art of mackin" by tariq nasheed and "law of least effort" by chase amante.

Basically to sum it up, the lessons that i learned from those books is that the one who put in the least effort will receive the most attraction and basically real macks/playas dont need to spend a single penny to get laid.

Obviously i also have to be realistic and customize these methods based on my instincts.

So right now, my adaptation to these rules is that i will pay for the first and second date. But third date is pushing it and leads me to start becoming disinterested.

And also when i buy gifts for a girlfriend, i will choose the least expensive gifts

What do you guys think?
