What would cause you to relegate a man to the fuck-zone?

I know men are more notable for doing this, but women are certainly capable of it as well. I, as well as many of my male friends have experienced this. Even a handful of my female friends have admitted doing this.

Do many women have an “attractive enough to fuck but not enough to date” category?
