Do you have a redpill community around you irl?

My bestie and I agree on a lot of different things and she's pretty close to RP. I have some other friends that have similar values to RP

Not really. There’s one friend who I would consider to be relatively close to RP (we agree on many topics,) however she is still career-oriented >> family, out of what she calls “monetary greed”, and won’t allow her husband to fully support her yet even though he is responsible and financially stable.

As much as I would love a group of girlfriends who share the exact same values, I’ve grown to realize that offline this might be difficult.

I don’t, but I wish I did. I have one friend who I suspect leans this way whether she and her husband know it or not. Some of their interactions and what I’ve seen of their marriage lead me to believe this. It’s hard to share your opinions like this, there is so much stigma against men and women who follow traditional gender roles. I work a “light” job in mental health and absolutely no one in that work community would accept any RP ideals.
