I have two boys age 9 and almost 5. My STBXW has been very difficult and is trying to find every way to get something against me. I always allow the phone calls and FaceTime and let them step away from me so they can talk to their mom. She started demanding that we use the court ordered app which upset me because I don’t want the kids to have to go through any part of this. She immediately before talking to the kids started making them show her around the house to show. It was safe. This was after hanging out five times when I tried to call her on FaceTime.

My oldest was still a little wound up and kept inserting himself as a superhero taking over the entire story. This upset, my younger son and I intervened three times. On the third time, my oldest was sad I had to whisper to them that I had submitted his application to be an avenger the day. He turned nine about a week ago. I have not heard back so I cannot legally call him an avenger. He immediately perked right up and got back into the story.
