When I did my first ever approaches I was with a friend, and I had a blast! I was relaxed, was having fun, felt confident etc and girls responded quite positively, even though I had no clue what I was doing. Girls being excited talking to me, attraction, all girls actually stopped to talk to me , no blunt rejections (on 11 approaches that day). I could capitalize on some of them but had no idea what to do and wasted opportunities.

I then started approaching solo, since I didn't want to rely on friends, and it was a disaster.

I spent 3 months trying and the results are:

first month, they wouldn't even stop talking to me, and when they did they immediately went away. My vibe was terrible with faint voice, below zero energy, lots of anxiety, feeling miserable (have no idea why)

Month two was better, just one phone number on maybe 40 approaches, I had still horrible vibe and I couldn't be myself.

Third month, better, oscillating between a few okay approaches and lots of terrible ones.

It's clearly the vibe that's making things difficult, since on my very first time, with a friend, I was 100 times better than now after 3 months of every day practice.

Suggestions on what could I do to improve? My looks are okay, get checked out in the gym, but my vibe as soon as I leave my house for some reason is shit unless I'm with a friend
