Here's a thing - men with options are *selective*. Why? Because there are too many people and being "nice" takes time. Women intrinsically understand that anyone who is nice to everyone treats every one of them the same. And none of them wants to be viewed the same as Marsha.

Why does it matter if you have a certain personality?

Don't go to extremes and see the world only in black and white, everyone is a mix of four major temperaments influenced by your family, job, friends, education... everyone is different. You are not always like this, it is just temporary, you will develop your personality later with maturity, you will see what is good for you.

It is said that "betas" have trouble saying NO... well... it is temporary with certain people and happens in certain cases, because if a random guy on the street asks you to give him your phone/your money, I doubt you will agree. On the other hand, if a person you like asks you for a favor, that is something else, and here it is up to you whether you want to do that favor or not. If you say NO to certain things, you don't appear cool but actually you become a dick, a jerk.

Another example: it is said that the "betas" are followers, not leaders... again, this is temporary and only in certain cases with certain people. If you're with your friends and they all want to go to XYZ place, it's nice to agree and go with them, otherwise you separate yourself from them and doing the opposite of what they say doesn't make you cool, it just makes you a dick.

So don't bother with alpha, beta, sigma, omega...they're useless things...be a mix of everything and it's fine.
