School and social circle are the prime avenues at your age, without them you are just going to have to figure out other ways to interact with girls. Gym, hobbies, the beach, concerts, house parties, going about your day to day shit and just being social, etc.

Literally anywhere that doesn't serve alcohol.

I'm old, I have access to a lot of venues, but i haven't actually met a woman at a bar or club for ltr in over a decade, because I realized the setting in which you meet does matter, they are more or less useless unless west nile snatch is something you enjoy.

If you don't want drama in your life, don't go where single people typically gather.

A good start would be to take walks and give compliments to girl's dogs. Not them, their dogs. You would be shocked at how many of them will try to extend a conversation with you.

My personal favorite when I was under 21 was volunteer projects. Everyone there has common unselfish intent (exception being tax write-offs), so it's easier to naturally connect with different women you are working with.
