Changed my life about two years ago when I read it. Ended my relationship where I was the nice guy. Started therapy. Established and deepened so many connections and relationships with friends, men and women. Now I’m much more of a model to my friends of honest and clear communication for what I want and what others want. Took a course on sexual and emotional intimacy skills. Had a great four month relationship filled with sexual growth and ultimately ended on good terms. Now taking small steps toward joining a sex positive community and exploring play parties. Continuing to learn what I actually want and how to ask for it.

I read it a while back, however, he was stalking me not you.

Anyway that aside, it helped me sort some stuff that needed sorting.

I fully recommend it to everyone.

I didn’t get much from the book. Seems like more run of the mill generic advice much like the ““Great”” /s, Models by Mark Manson. ;)
