Cold approach - increase the volume

I resolved it when I eliminated the term "cold approach" from my vocabulary.

Now I just acknowledge anyone I happen to cross paths with or meet through activities like a civilized human. If one person finds the other interesting, a conversation can start and possibly extend. Best to do this with every type of person, not only your "targets", that way after some time u stay in your default state around the attractive women u do meet.

Doing it like that makes it effortless, which is exactly how you want to appear...because effort=unwarranted validation.

You want to make acknowledging and introducing yourself to anyone u want part of your instincts, that way it don't feel like leaping a hurdle or jumping through hoops.

Certain terminology in the manosphere, such as "cold approach" is exactly what hinders our instincts. I can write a psych paper on why, but I won't. Adopt more tranquil words. "Cold approaching" becomes "meeting new people".

Not only does this mindset increase my "volume" manyfold, but I've met many different kinds of people that have added significant value to my life.

Keep in mind numbers game is always good, honing in your skills and reduce your fear/anxiety
Having said that, just because you need to fill in the “quota” doesn’t mean you abandon the quality of the approach. I would say 1-2 girls per day is okay if the results are promising. It’s better than 10 per day but nothing comes out of it.
Be efficient: when you do this a lot, you grow the skill of being able to tell whether the conversations will go somewhere. If not, quit wasting your time. Why spending 30 mins or even an hour on 1 girl if you already had a hunch from the beginning she’s just being nice or shows little interests.
Do it more often even it’s not part of your “day game” time that you have planned. You go to groceries? Approach. Go to the bank? Approach. Seeing new faces at work/school? Approach. See a hot girl in a parking lot after you parked your car? Approach. I do this all the time i don’t even plan it. I have no “day game” pre-planned anymore. In between I talk to guys, too. Women think I’m very friendly. But approaches to guys are just ‘fake’ approach so I’m not seen as a horn dog. The guys who know me know what I’m doing.

If you've approached 1,000 sets already, then your problem lies mainly in improving your skills faster, rather than increasing the volume.

By the time you hit 1,000, you should be quite good at getting what you want out of your approaches.

Why do you think the problem is "VOLUME" and not something else? How do you know this?

If a soccer player always misses a penalty kick, is the solution to try more or analyze and see what the problem is? You can't learn from your mistakes until you know what they are; if you're not aware of your mistakes, you'll keep repeating them. Record your interaction with a phone, then listen to what you said and your vibe... I'm sure you'll find the problem.

1-2 approaches is boneheaded number. Whenever i hear that i know that unless the guy lifes in a bumblefuck middle of nowhere population 300 he still has zero social skills but instead of learning how to interact with people he tries to game..it is akin to a toddler who cant crawl trying to run olympics.

For a reference - if i go out for a day , i will interact in a casual way (i.e. exchange a couple of sentences) with about 200 people (granted, i live in a densely populated city). Of those more than half would be women. So say thats 100. Say i find half of them interesting - thats 50 casial interactions that can be converted into cold approach if i am interested in continuing.

Thats whay you need to do. Talk to 100s of people without a plan, without a goal and without an agenda so you develop basic social skill to interact casually.

After that you can work on transitioning a casual chat about a cat washing his face you and a girl see on a street to making her laugh when you imitate being that cat
