So, I am a 22-year-old guy who used to see a girl at my workplace. We always used to have a very nice moment seeing each other. When I was not there, she used to even ask for me with my other coworkers. They used to say me to ask her for date, but I was always hesitant as she was like 5 years older than me. Sometime, I had tried to ask her for insta, but she used to tell me next time. Finally, one time I gathered my courage and asked her for dinner, but she told that she had some other plans. I did not ask her for the number, as she did not quite agree to hang out. Then after, I was not quite making any move as I did not want to lose my self-respect and get embarrassed by asking her again. Two weeks later, it was my last day at work and she also knew that. She came at my workplace and asked if we can stay in contact, and i said sure. I said you can give me your insta or number. She gave my both. I followed her on insta but since her id is private it went as a follow request. I even texted her later in the day, if we can hang out sometime. It has been three days now, but she has neither accepted the insta request nor replied anything to the text.

I am not understanding, why would she do that? I mean, I did not bother her asking any contact info in the first place. She was the one who actually made that move. If she had no any intention to make any communication, why would she even ask for that. I feel it is very disgusting and disrespectful. How to deal with it. I have just sent her one text asking her out? Now I want to send her the message asking why did she made that move when she had no any plan to make communication. Should I do that?
