Yeah, a lot of people don’t understand the reason colleges are handling (typically low merit) sexual assault cases is precisely because they can and do deny accused men basic due process procedures. It’s great to see an article actually acknowledging this.

Sadly, college propaganda is so strong that even most non feminists now believe this makes sense. Go to the higher education sub and try arguing accused college men deserve due process. I guarantee you’ll get downvoted.

This goes beyond just men’s rights. Due process goes to the core of free societies. What are we if we start assigning guilt without even a pretense of due process? College adjudication systems can’t even be called kangaroo courts anymore because they don’t even pretend to have a court like system. One prominent college recently bragged that it finds accused makes guilty well over 90% of the time.

You made me recall the most toxic relationship (in hindsight) I have been in. Yes, women do that. Some of them don't understand consent. When refused they throw tantrums and try emotional manipulation. She will make every second a living hell for u.

Turn one down and see what happens. Ask male strippers or any man working at a gay bar how free with their hands and angry women are when turned down, even when they know the attention is unwanted.

Sadly, we are going to have to get used to it. Women will increasingly be in positions of power in our society and we see plainly from their rhetoric and behavior that they do not see men as deserving of basic human consideration. Stay safe out their, brothers.

But these new policies do not involve charging men on college campuses with rape. The accused are being charged with perpetrating discriminatory conduct.

Even if she wants to call campus rape proceedings as "discriminatory conduct" and not "rape", does this remove the accused's right to defend themselves? This is backwards.
