I'm straight and I don't, but I've recently read an entire huge thread of women in my country's subreddit who almost all do. And reddit leans progressive here compared to the average population which is pretty conservative, which means an even smaller fraction of women is comfortable with it. Most of them expressed fears over not being able to give their partner everything they want. I think they're intimidated by the idea that they have to compete with men for something. And/or seem to associate bisexuality with non-monogamy for some reason.

I personally find it hot, although I am bi myself. I know some women who do though.

Depends on the woman. Some lose, some gain and some are neutral. I would gain some if he was bi and lose some if he was "curious" or "experimenting".
