Like walking in a mine field. While wearing snowshoes. While dancing a polka.

Oh you did something unintentional and completely out of your control? Flip out rage and screaming.

Oh you did something nice, watery eyes and you are the most amazing person in the world.

There's a reason why they can't hold a job. They can hide some of these symptoms too during dating. But if you can manage it, there are people who have relationships like this and may not even realize the girl/guy is BPD.

On the other hand though, chances are BPD isn't that common and MOST women have mood swings to some degree. Pretty sure estrogen is the disease. You could say most women are somewhat-BPD. Just like how a lot of guys are somewhat-autistic to some degree. It's a spectrum so you just have to know if you can handle it and make boundaries and manipulate them to behave normally.

It's also easy to confuse NPD, IED, PPD, MDD, and BPD too. Lotta overlapping symptoms. So just see if they are someone you can handle and if you can't handle them, then get out quick and don't try to "Fix them".

I'll confirm, I've got BPD and it is a mental illness that is manageable. It just takes work.

I had a BPD girl in my life for awhile. Quite the roller coaster, and despite the problems it caused in my life, I don't regret it.

She's the reason I broke down and found TRP, and she's the reason I gradually transformed from being a dependent little bitch into a narcissistic asshole who gets what I want.

They're the female version of dark triad. They'll alpha widow you to some extent, and I'll always miss that roller coaster, but now I know what sort of girl to avoid.

Sex was incredible, and there's almost nothing as fun as hanging out with one when they're blissful little children. But in time it loses its appeal, and when she picks up on your imminent departure she becomes easier to set off.

Had one as a girlfriend for a while.

--extreme mood swings. she was needy and clingy one minute; paranoid and accusatory the next; and euphoric and cheery the next. Weird. The emotional unpredictability is unsettling.

--relationship became rapidly sexual. The sex was off the charts amazing.

--she never became violent, but she was so unpredictable I couldn't rule that out.

dating one now. it really didn't show much until a few months in. the sex is great though. wild and animistic. and really, she is quite amusing most of the time. she gets more highs than lows.

A summary?

1) everything emotional on a scale of 1-10 for an average human, is on a scale of 11-20 for bpd affected.

2) manipulation is not intentional or malicious, but an act of desperation in order to cope with the rawness of the world as they feel it.

3) there is nothing dependable except how not dependable they are.

4) a saint would sooner sin than be a solid partner for one. It. Is. Fucking. Difficult.

Props to the person who can handle riding a roller coaster 16 hours a day, where your seat isn't buckled and the attendant can control the forward/reverse, but can't tell you which one is coming.

Oh and there are clones of the significant other surrounding you, each one has a death grip, one is crying, one is laughing, one is trying to fuck you raw and one is telling you she isn't actually there, all of them are screaming and every hour they shift to a new language for sport, "though the phases of the moon come into play and it may shift counter clockwise to the right 3 steps if it's a blue moon, of course unless that blue moon falls on a day with a prime number, seriously DO YOU NEED TO EVEN ASK?".

Remember you get to fuck that one of them like a porn star is only a clit circumcised nun whose paraplegic.

Oh and every guy that's tolerated them more than 48hrs has been inside them.

So do you hit it? Well, does she have ready access to weaponry?

I married one. It was like knives thrown at me. I also divorced one, lol.

He says "like" after almost being stabbed multiple times and not killing the girl.

[–]HellhoundsOnMyTrail0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Several of my exes. I'm like honey to those crazy flies.

How was it? A nightmare. And the sweetest dream. Usually in the same day.

[–]machimus0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

A living fucking nightmare. The worst part is not knowing why or when they're going to be happy or act psycho, because there are no reasons.

I stay the fuck away from folks like that. I understand it's a mental illness but that doesn't give them the right to torture you emotionally, even if they "don't mean it".

Some men just want to watch the world burn

[–]FemtoG0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Out of control, but I came away largely unscathed because I picked up that she had issues early on and kept myself from getting emotionally invested, and kept introductions to family and friends to an absolute minimum.

Here's a thread I made awhile ago on it: https://www.reddit.com/r/TheRedPill/comments/2pvy1w/dating_borderline_personality_disorder/

The positives are immensely positive. Great sex, high emotions, good self esteem booster, etc. when they are in their manic state. I think she told me she loved me on our second, possibly first, date, and was 100% putty in my hands and I can do whatever I want and she's with it, etc. Also very beautiful.

When they get negative though...you better have a solid and safe relationship foundation with the person. You better have established a relationship where she doesn't have the means to destroy you, whether through friends, family, car parking space, or your living residence.

Basically they are like heroin.
