Women date casually by default, most will assume that is what it is until the man acts like he seeks commitment. You tell her u want casual with your actions by escalating sexually with kino and mannerisms while remaining emotionally detached. You don't want to verbalize your intent unless she directly asks what you are looking for, in which case you say "I'm meeting different people, what happens happens" as if u are completely indifferent about it.

I would always tell them I’m in an open relationship, and I would tell them pretty early if it’s online it’s on my profile, if it’s a bar, before bouncing

There's two main ways to go about it. If you have few options, you can go the "hide your intentions" path others suggested. But i still recommend you tell them right before you're about to have sex.

If you have an abundance of options, then you can take it up a notch and follow this advice instead:

If you met on a dating app, you should make this clear before you meet them to not waste anyone's time. So either put "looking for short-term fun" on tinder, or talk to them in the chat or video chat..that way, you don't waste your time on pointless dates. You filter out all the women who want something serious. But since you have an abundance of options this isn't a problem.
If you don't meet on a dating app, you can still have this conversation over text or phone call before deciding to go on the date. Tell them you're not looking for anything serious. Tell them you're dating around. Get the message across somehow. Some reject you for that, and that's great because you won't waste your time. And you filter out the women you don't want.
If it's an instant-date, or you met at a bar, or you haven't communicated prior to the date because someone set you up, make it clear before sex that you're not looking for anything serious and you're just dating around. But if you find yourself heading to the bedroom the same day you met her, I think she already got the idea so here's it's less relevant.

Once you have that abundance you can be more honest and everybody wins. Some women also love the honesty so while most women prefer to seek out a serious relationship, some actively want the casual fun with a confident honest guy who knows what he wants.

You don’t really, go out, share a good time, the escalate, make up/hook up, then repeat, if she asks about it, then answer, in a way that does not make her feel like a slut, just two adults sharing time without any formal compromise.
