This is hysterical. I left that sub years ago at this point for 2 main reasons: One is that the entire atmosphere of it is just so fucking gross. You can tell that people there just absolutely LOVE being the arbiter of morality and righteousness and just get off on judging people, crafting narratives, and projecting their own bullshit onto everything.

And the second reason was the BEYOND OBVIOUS "women right, men wrong" bias. It's been known for years that you can play a little game of posting the same story twice and depending on the alleged assholes gender, judgment is ALWAYS more severe and brutal when its a man. People go out of their way to excuse and absolve the women.

It’s bad enough they’re so biased in favor of women and against men, but being completely unable to recognize it is absolutely infuriating. Are we sure these people are even conscious?

Show me a post where a man gets support for hitting his kids. Show me a post where the answer to a dude losing his shit is "how much do you do around the house?". Fuck! The otherday I saw a post about a wife cleaning out the house, taking the child, and just leaving a note for OP to find after a trip. People didn't trust OP because he said "my son" instead of "our son". That was it. "OP is clearly hiding something, you can tell how he feels about the relationship by how he says "my son".

Fucking like two days ago on rAwefulEverything, there was a post about a mother killing her 3 kids in a postpartum psychosis. Every comment was people giving sympathy. I know I would never see that on this site for men. No one is going to see a story about a father killing his kids, and talk about how hard his life must be. I see harsher reactions to men leaving their socks on the floor.

I remember there were different post create some time ago to point the double standard of AITA.

The same story were created with some month of difference. The only difference is the post were the gender who were reversed.

Each time, the same results anyone can guess. So it's kind of hypocritical to say AITA hate women.
