Sure not only days. Weekends, months that are not that good. Its not about rejection, its about experience and having a good time.

If you have warmed up and mentally prepared yourself before leaving home that you will meet some friendly girls, it is not possible to intend to approach them and not do it.

Before I approach a woman I do a little warm-up, after 5-10 minutes I'm ready to approach anyone and there are always women on the street. Without a warm-up it is possible to get nervous and stop your mission, otherwise, there is no way. If I'm having a bad day, I don't even think about women. At the moment I can start a conversation with a stranger on the spot, I'm more social than I was 5 years ago, but maybe that's because I'm getting older and the older you get the easier it is to talk to other people.

Yes. Something that has helped immensely when it comes to consistency is focusing on momentum. Going from being nervous to immediately trying to close is a recipe for disaster. I typically start with giving genuine compliments to everyone i see. Men and women. I tend to get into a sort of flow state after about 20 minutes of this. That then turns into genuine fun with socializing. You can't fake this, and you start to become a magnet for social interaction. This is the moment I begin to shift my attention towards having intentional interactions with women I find attractive. Additionally, if an interaction goes south, I find it so easy to immediately move to the next closest person and talk about anything to start to rebuild that momentum. You know you're doing right if you start to find yourself genuinely having a good time without obsessing over the numbers game. This should always be fun and something you look forward to doing.
