So Whenever I’m on a first date, I have a go-to question: “If you could make one wish come true, what would it be?”

It’s one of my favorite questions because the answers are often interesting or totally unexpected. If their 1st answer is realistic, I follow up with: “Now give me an unrealistic wish, anything, no limits.” And if they had started with something wild, I flip it: “Alright, now something realistic.”

It’s a great conversation booster, and It’s a great way to learn more about them what they dream about, what they value etc…and it also helps me filter out people who are so disengaged they don’t even ask me the question back. :(

Anyway, the girl I’m sitting with right now wishes she became a tree and I don’t know what to make of it haha
