They wouldnt call a mother on maternity leave, "lazy". So why is a father on paternity leave "lazy".

So, he was basically fired for not working while on parental leave. Of course that’s not grounds to be dismissed. The company seems to have a double standard with that expectation, but even if they treated women the same, it’s not grounds for dismissal. Nobody has to work when they are on parental leave.

Now this is some good actual men’s rights content. Paternity leave is a huge issue if we won to be equal parents to women. I think giving some time early in a child’s life to really bond with dad is a significant change that should be made for the benefit of everyone. More involved fathers benefits, everyone.
