Claiming that all men should be feared because some men commit heinous acts is a classic case of guilt by association. This ignores individual agency and reduces an entire gender to a stereotype based on the actions of a tiny, deviant minority.

While it's true that men make up the majority of offenders in certain crimes, the vast majority of men are not criminals, let alone rapists or murderers. Using statistics to fuel blanket assumptions about an entire group is dishonest and harmful.

Acts like rape or murder are less about gender and more about underlying psychological issues or environmental factors. It's not "maleness" that causes these actions but a combination of pathology, upbringing, and societal dysfunctions.

This rhetoric doesn't help address actual issues of safety or criminal behaviour. Instead, it alienates men who are allies and creates unnecessary animosity between genders, derailing genuine conversations about improving societal safety for everyone.

Men also face dangers in interactions—false accusations, societal shaming, or violence. The reductive "men are predators" narrative ignores the complexities of human relationships and the vulnerabilities men face in social and romantic contexts.

If we were to follow the same reasoning they use in their meme, then statements like, "The worst she could do is kill your baby," would be valid in discussions about women. Of course, that would rightfully be dismissed as gross overgeneralization, but somehow, when the target is men, the same faulty logic gets a pass.

Just as not all men are predators, not all women are infant killers. Yet, statistically, most infanticides are committed by women. By their logic, men would have to live in constant fear of women harming their offspring, which is clearly absurd.

Just like men are overwhelmingly not rapists, women committing infanticide often do so under extreme psychological duress or mental health crises. It’s not tied to their gender but to human deviation in certain circumstances.

If we used their logic, the outrage should go both ways. But the truth is, reasonable people understand that judging an entire gender by the actions of a small, disturbed subset is nonsensical.
