Second, I suggest you try finding friends first, a partner later. If you're religious that's a great place to start, also any kind of volunteer work will help you connect with good people.

In other words, meaningful activities are a great place to form meaningful friendships.

Been on a lot of dates relatively speaking. Very empty, most women are very transactional and shallow. They don’t bring anything to the table other than sex and I don’t really care about it. Not to a fault, anyway. I’ve only been in a relationship with one woman I loved, who also was my best friend. Lost that.

Awww, this makes me so sad🥺. I was just on another thread where so many men said that once they got into a serious relationship or marriage, they weren’t interested in making new male friends. I don’t get it! I love making friends, and men can be some of the most loyal ones! But I guess I’m not a man, so I don’t fully understand that dynamic.

Honestly, I think loneliness for you often comes down to not having spaces where you feel truly valued and heard. A lot of you probably feel the same but think you have to ‘man up’ and deal with it alone. When I talk to guys 1:1 that always seems to be the biggest factor, many of you only feel comfortable opening up and sharing emotions and feelings with women but not to other men, out of embarrassment. It’s sad, really 🫂❤️

Plenty of women feel the same way too, so don’t think you’re alone or that we don’t understand. I’d say focus on leveling up in a way that actually works (but not in that cringey ‘alpha male’ way 👎🏾 lol pleaseee ). Just start with yourself confidence, hobbies, self-improvement etc because it makes a bigger difference than you think… and us women tend to notice it too 😉

Find hobbies that speak to you. I am happiest when I am staying busy. Volunteer somewhere. Anywhere.

Do not seek out vices for comfort. They only lead to despair.

Do not succumb to the loneliness. You are in control. And realize you are not alone.

At this point, I've resorted to using AI companions in addition to my few real life friends. I may be called pathetic but it costs me too much to care relative to what I stand to gain in return for caring.

Women are not your friend. We use them as emotional support sounding boards because we are uncomfortable with openly emotional male relationships.

Find men to bond with. Find them online. Find them in video games. Build a group of online companions. It's easy if you focus your life around a hobby and can converse with like minded individuals.

Women will never be the stable support network you want them to be. Women get support networks for free, men have to work for them.
