Yeah, I feel you man.

My personal position is that I slowly try to cut off people who try to use me, whether for my money or for my labour without any reciprocity on any excuse that it has to be this way. My psychological well being is slowly improving because there are less and less people who try to blackmail, smear or gaslight me.

Where I work is 99% women. Most are new hires, within the last 5 years. One of them was describing a date she almost went on but ghosted the guy at the last minute. She didn’t show for a dinner date at a high end restaurant; she left the guy hanging, wondering what happened to her.

Interesting none of the older women said anything about her attitude and expectations. Many of these older women have sons that are the same age as the young new hires.

Women in my country, majority of these new gen feminists, are unworthy of treating us as humans and I’ve made peace with it, even though I shouldn’t. But when your own family treats you like shit, you realise that it’s over. My dad has literally told me that if my mental illness doesn’t heal, my life has no value/I am better off dead. My mom has labelled me a “trouble child” for being diagnosed with this disorder as if it was my own fucking choice. They eventually pay for my meds but it’s no use. Sometimes I have felt so hopeless that I have even asked Siri how to die. Seriously. Hardly a day goes by without me regretting being born. I can’t fix my brain, can’t ever satisfy my parents or exceed their expectations and hence don’t expect the whole world to stand with me. I am prepared to die anyday but not for these cunts who think candle marches and justice in general are like sanitary pads, i.e, only for women.

Men can shift their focus. Dont focus on society, on making money and spending this money on nonsense things. Dont focus on pleasing other people. Dont focus on sex with women. Or on impressing people that dont care about you.

Instead focus on yourself. What do you enjoy? What do you find interesting? What gives you pleasure? What feels good? Explore the world? Get a sailboat? Learn a new language, explore a new culture? Explore human history? Psychology? Galaxies and Stars? Or dive deep into religion?

We are here for a short while, why not do the best of it. We dont have to be slaves, or spend time with anyone we dont want to.

The truth is that men built the world for the sake of women. Women decided they wanted to run it instead so men handed it over. Now nothing new is being built and the world is rotting.

Now women have their hands on the controls but also seem to resent it at the same time. They throw endless hatred on men who no longer have purpose or meaning in their lives.

Personally, I think I got one or two more years left in me and then I'm out.

I've noticed this sudden rise of misandry in Indian women especially. Talked to women in UK and USA and INDIA , ive noticed alot of Indian women yap abt feminism and being misandrist and often doesnt even know why, usually just because everyone's doing it kinda like fueling the fire, which is no doubt common indian behavior 3RD WORLD BEHAVIOR. On the other hand even though foreign women obv not all of em aint good but everyone i talked to , it felt better they put in more effort in their profiles and chats . Often i do feel like being friends w foreign women is easier than Indian women because often Indian women make you chase em more for friendships which ends up in guy expecting a relationship atp. Not blaming them but prolly the indian parenting of keeping girld and boys apart.

Suicide rates are higher in men. This is true.

However 80% of men definitely do not die by suicide.

What you are describing about feeling disposable sounds like feeling lonely and lacking a social network. That’s hard, but it’s also fixable. Start doing activities where you can find friends. At first just look for male friends. Then expand.

Go to therapy too.
