There's many factors that influence initial attraction.

Since it's initial attraction that means it's the attraction that happens before you really know someone. Like you don't know their personality yet - right? Let's make sure we agree on what we define as "initial" here.

If we define it like that - then it's

Looks
Social reputation & status
Initial behavior

These all play a role. She sees what you look like, and how you dress and style yourself. How physically fit you are. That's looks.

Maybe she heard from her friend you're a cool guy. That's social reputation.

Maybe she finds out you're the leader of a band. That's social status.

Then you smile at her in a confident manner and say "hi". She senses that you're socially intelligent and self assured. That's behavior.

You can pull any of these levers to improve your odds that the initial attraction will be higher.

The Game was a mostly highly exaggerated story written by a professional writer and journalist who wrote biographies and autobiographies for huge celebs like Motley Crue, Marilyn Manson, etc. He was an established person in Hollywood with connections that 99%+ of people would never have. Don't use his writings as any kind of blueprint, though it was a very entertaining book during its day. Work on your confidence, talk to a wide variety of people and regularly bounce a lot of topics around to feel more adaptive in social situations. Try to get to a point where talking to women feels comfortable and not awkward or stressful. Be curious and ask genuine questions without "job interview" vibes but also be a good listener and let her talk. Don't be like the old PUA scene by rehashing corny material. Never lie or manipulate. Be your own best self and do not let something like height deter you; never show that it affects you because it shouldn't.

Looks are a factor, but not that important. Maximize your looks for sure, it helps. But The thing to watch out for is falling into the trap thinking looks is everything. It’s not.

The game is a good book, but realize that people improved on what style and mystery we’re doing. Routines were replaced with natural game. Some still do routine based game, but converting yourself into an attractive person is a better goal to have than to learning a handful of routines and putting on an act.

For cold approach, Try to find videos of guys who are good at cold approaching and watch them. Most are underground at this point. Look for any of the old rsd infields If you can find them.
