You talk to a chick? Tell her "holy shit, you've got some seriously soft hands" as you rub on them (I'm super kino myself so it plays super easily). For me, in a situation where I'm kino'ing them I have a light conversation that I'm leading and I watch how she's reacting. 90% of the time her eyes glaze over as she's getting really into being touched. Once that happens, I escalate. Arm around the waist pull her in playfully, tease, whisper things in her ears. It doesn't even necessarily need to be seductive... the act of whispering in her ear is arousing. I'll be at a bar, point out some joe shmoe and whisper into this chicks ears "look at this fred durst looking mother fucker", they laugh.. keep making jokes. Keep it light. Sway her, move her around. You need to physically embody that you are controlling this situation. If you manage to keep it fun enough, most girls will really dig it. But be careful, being kino-types... some chicks are programmed to be very skittish about being touched.

You just gotta flirt more. Learn how to massage hands, crack hands/wrists/back (I do it and it's wildly successful when you know how to do it).

Just escalate, relatively quickly. It'll get the point across.

It sounds like whatever you are doing isn't sexual enough. Friends touch and look each other in the eye, too. A sexual relationship is dirtier than that. Don't "vocalize your intent" in an overt way, but you should make it obvious you are into her, sexually.

Inappropriate humor is key, IMO.

If you're not kclosing or creating a sexual vibe by the end of the conversation, you're fucked.

It's better for her to have a beta girlfriend buddy that she can hangout with like her gal pals.

It's better for you to have a chick you can screw in the movie toilets while she's on the phone with her mum.

You have to decide what's more important.
