Sadly I been hesitate to take out my son to trips like kids places amusement parks or a fishing : hiking trail type of day

Only due to my soon to be ex wife is all mad that she ain’t coming along for the ride now if it’s by personal choice to take her then sure why not

It all started obviously we decided to get divorce but nothing has happen yet no filing no custody filed or anything so pretty much we are still married by law

My question is if I decide to take him out on a weekend trip will I get in trouble or be used against in the future of when filling for divorce and courts sessions begin ? Of course I will let her know where we staying and when we coming back she more than welcome to call or FaceTime us to check on it child not a problem

We both live in the same household like normal we just don’t sleep in the same room or hardly talk if it’s not about our child

She don’t have a problem when she takes him out and doesn’t even let me know where they go unless I ask but it’s a problem if I do even if it’s a walk around the park or take him to a playground for him to play with other kids present

I guess I trying to be the mature person here and see the example sense she is to prideful to even set foot forward in maturely

Just suck due to I feel my son can be having a good time with either parent even tho we not gonna e together soon.
