Do you guys not have a parenting plan / custody agreement in place? I am a bit confused on these situations, unless your not divorced yet.

I love answering this question. Obviously she’s trying to hit you where it hurts.

The obvious solution is camouflage your weakness.

It’s so easy! Just pretend (not in writing) that you want your ex to do all the daycare.

She is doing the opposite of what you want. She is trying to twist the knife and all you’re doing is telling her exactly where to stab you.

Use a little cunning and guile and make her think you DONT want the kids (never say this in writing). She will drop them off at your doorstep in 30 minutes lol.

My out of the box idea is better than the other ideas on this thread.

No greater pain a man can feel to have your own kids kept away and you not know where they are, if they’re ok or how they’re feeling.

When my ex kept my kids away for months while the courts dragged their feet I had to trick myself into thinking I didn’t have kids just to get by and get out of bed to lace my shoes most days.

It was mentally draining as there’s a limit to how much you can trick yourself.

I had to take down every photo in the house of them. The pain was too much.

She took them and didn’t disclose her location to the courts citing that she was all of a sudden in fear of her life after she filed for divorce. (Her lawyer advised her on this strategy).

She’s doing this to break you down and hurt you to your core.

She is trying to hurt you as much as possible, to have the most advantageous position, for a future financial gain in family court. They are waiting for you to lose control and make a mistake. Lawyer up my friend and follow your lawyers advice to the t. Family courts are brutal to men. Don’t drink, go to the gym and try to not think too much.
