I was house husband and that was taken as me being abusive. The important thing about feminism is that if a woman claims to ‘feel’ abused, you’re unquestionably seen as abusive, dangerous.

Whether it's about paying bills, cooking, cleaning, or any other household task, any overall deviation from 50-50 shouldn't be taken for granted and must be compensated, preferably by a redistribution of said tasks.

I've never seen a house husband get disrespected by his own family. What other people say about you really doesn't matter. Unless it's like your boss. But oh wait, that's just his kids and wife.

Have you seen the relationships where the man is staying at home? The female just rips at him at every opportunity... to cook, clean, do chores etc.

When females get the slightest once of the experience of the vast majority of men, they become bitter and resentful of the the things that men are expected to be ok with. Just like females who start making a little money and won't stfu about prenups.

I forget where I found it, but if you add up time spent working + housework + childcare, men on average put in a little bit more. It was actually pretty well balanced imo for something that's not going to be perfect. (e.g. 40 minutes of folding laundry is easier than mowing grass with a push mower for 40 minutes).

I always figured the fairest way was if my wife and I had a similar number of hours of free time.

Because even if there’s a stay at home dad, people still rush to assume the mom does the parent care and assume they still have to be the maid.
