My ex-wife was laid off. I currently pay child and spousal support at a very significant amount. We reached settlement sometime ago, which includes imputed income and Gavron ruling issued to her (based in California).

I have reached out to my attorney to understand what, if any, impact this has on my support payments to her going forward.

In the meantime curious if anyone here has experience with this and can share if they had impact up or down on payments? My general assumption is nothing or it goes down if she doesn't make a good faith effort to get employment soon.
