I'm not angry at women. I refuse to bend the knee to feminist ideology. Sorry. I try hard not to be rude in interactions. But I also refuse to bend over backward to avoid ruffling feathers. Give them reciprocal treatment. They demand equality but want special treatment. No, we don’t play that game.

Give them equal treatment then mock them for disliking it. Tell them to grow up and accept the responsibility they demanded. Hold them accountable. You don’t have to be rude to do it. Just don’t let verbal manipulations slide. No gaslighting. No changing the subject or goal posts, make them spell out what’s unequal and how they plan to solve it. Then dismantle the vague pile of feelings and feed them back facts. I’ve found one line useful in both theistic and feminist debates. “I don’t care how you feel until after you can demonstrate what you claim.” If the argue against it, only takes two questions to show the hypocrisy. “What rights do men have that women don’t?” And, “What responsibilities do men have that women don’t?”

The reason men get hit by women and otherwise abused by them is because of this behavior you're trying to push. These particular women know those men will do nothing so they in response act with limitless abandon.

The other issue is also categorical... Incel and likely blackpillers have such a low bar to social society that people already treat them abysmally poor. So telling people most people seemingly want to kick already to say thank you after being kicked is no help at all.

If it's not something you can understand, let me make it easy. If a bunch of rabid hateful feminists came in here and insulted men, and we said nothing, what would that change? You think they're going to leave us alone, or do you think they'd take the silence as admission?

Nothing feels more disgusting than showing kindness and mercy to people who truly don't deserve any... And I can only assume that's how they feel about men, especially ones lower on the social and economical totem.

If you start work in a modern workplace, you will find some sort of "core values" from HR. If you follow those core values, as a man, you will get nothing but disrespect - nevertheless you have to follow them. Women don't follow them naturally, but that's because no-one reports them and when they do, the sistahood in HR is reluctant to push it through.

How should you deal with this? You should, as the poster says, remain completely calm and polite. NOTE: this will illicit complaints that you are "cold" - the second you lose your temper, raise your voice it's over. That's you cooked. That's the moment you realise these women are nothing but bullies who use victim-hood and proxy violence. You may have read this before, but this is moment you truly understand it. There's nothing you can do to stop this, you can only control your reaction to it.

She will continue to drive you into reacting, as will the sistahood in HR. The thing is, you haven't done anything wrong. Imagine the conversation where HR tries to tell you off for not being emotional enough. Imagine how ridiculous that will be. Imagine how infuriated they will be when they can't bait you into feeding their drama addiction.

Keep notes - including dates and times. Ok, that sounds like Dear Diary crap, but trust me. These are utterly invaluable.Don't reveal your hand too early.

Don't be afraid to escalate finally. Don't do it trivially though, and when you do make sure you set the scene appropriately and be brief in your initial conversation don't hit them with it all at once.

I think you also do not understand how bullies operate.

Some modern feminists and some women are bullies and will continue to bully if they can get away with it. Being respectful to them will not change their ways or make them see the light. They will see your passivity and bully you some more. The best way to handle a bully is to call them out rather than being respectful to them.

Also men are not supernatural beings with unlimited patience and tolerance. Every man is a human being with his own limit of tolerance and patience.

You have to treat people case by case, if a woman genuinely just hates and is bias against men, you can tell she doesn't care about hearing perspectives. But some women are innocently tricked by social narratives and have empathy, like my mother, I had great convos where she respected and understood my pov.
