Two years post-divorce and I finally feel like I'm finding myself again. Wanted to share something that's been a game-changer for me - meditation specifically designed for middle-aged men going through major life transitions.

I know what you're thinking - "meditation is for yoga moms and millennials" - that's exactly what I thought too. But after months of insomnia, anxiety, and feeling completely lost about who I was outside of being a husband, I was desperate enough to try anything that could help.

Started with 5-minute sessions focused on practical stuff - not "finding inner peace bullsh***t" but actually dealing with the anger, the loneliness, the 3am panic attacks about finances. No crystals, no chanting, just straightforward techniques that work when your brain won't shut up.
