It finally happened. Came home and the soon-to-be-ex moved out. Took all the nice stuff in the house, left all the trash. Took my kid, and even my dog. I've never felt a numbness like this. Really, our only shared asset is the house. Share one kid. She doesn't think we need to lawyer up and get excessive (she says that because she's already dealing with a DUI lawyer). I'm not sure. Any thoughts? I love my kid, and will be at least 50%. We both make about the same $. (Western USA)
