Just needed to vent/share this here because the irony is actually painful.

I just got permanently banned from a liberal subreddit. The reason the mod gave was that I was "spamming the same question" and arguing in bad faith. They linked a list of my posts as "proof" of my spamming.

I looked at the list. It spans months. Some of these posts were weeks apart.

And "the same question"? Here is what I actually asked about over the last half-year:

  • Why aren't there more scholarships for men? (Policy question)
  • Is the Left becoming anti-family? (Cultural question)
  • Why do Democrats think young men are shifting right due to policy when it's clearly rhetoric? (Strategy question)
  • Why is it so hard to have nuance on gender topics? (Meta question)

To a normal person, these are distinct, complex topics, economics, culture, election strategy. But to the mods, these are all just "The Men Thing."

It seems that if you post about anything regarding men’s advocacy more than once a fiscal quarter, they categorize it as "spam." They don’t see these as separate political issues; they just see a "Bad Faith Actor" who won't shut up about men.

The funniest part is that one of my posts was literally asking why the Left is pushing young men away. By banning me for asking that, they essentially provided the answer in real-time. They aren't interested in the answer, they just want the question to go away.
