That was tough man but we have to follow what the judge says.. its fucked up yes and you should see your kids all the time. . I have been there and have to battle 2 of hell just to get the custody , so hang in there

I dont know how it works in your county, but i do not have a signed temp order either. Currently, i'm ordered to have the first three weekends of the month, so wtf do we do when there is 5 weekends? Stbxw is arguing that means she gets them, i'm arguing its not in the children's best interest to go without an overnight with one parent for 17 days. My atty said follow the order from the bench, which we are still currently arguing over. So my guess would be yes, what the judge says goes. Sorry, i don't have any advice.

All i'm doing is sending a message through the court ordered app stating my position and documenting the nonresponse/response. I'm placing my "hope" in the fact the judge will see the other party will not act in the best interest of the children. Based on previous filings/offers, this person does not want me to be a parent. I think all we can do is the best we can, send a message asking. Document when its not what you want, and just keep being there for your kid.

Depends a lot of time there is no court reporter so if it’s not in a binding document, the judge has no way of remembering what was or was not said if there was no court reporter a lot of courts don’t take minutes. It’s up to the attorneys if the attorney did not draft the document, then there is nothingthat’s holding you to it.

I assume the court had a transcriber recording the proceedings. If so, yes the agreement in the courtroom is just as binding. If not, it’s probably just as binding.
