Ok so…
We’ve been married for about 3 years now, we’ve known each other for 4 years. This February me and her moved to Vietnam together, and the moment we came to Vietnam, approximately a week after we had arrived and settled down in our home, it seemed like she changed. She started abusing me, both physically and verbally. I would sometimes sleep out in the field by our house in a hammock at night because she threatened many times to “kill me and bury me where no one could find me”
I thought she loved me. This had never happened for the 4 years we had been together. And now it began when we returned to her country. I don’t want to write on and on about this, so feel free to comment and ask questions. Today she smashed a couple glass cups over my face and cut my leg after throwing a knife at me.

I have thought about going to the local police, but who are they gonna believe? The stranger foreigner who moved there recently or the Vietnamese local woman. This has been happening for 4 months, I’ve had enough and I’m getting on the next bus to Da Nang and going on a plane home.
