1) Negotiator: You aks her when is she free to meet. What does she want to do? If she likes that idea?

And based on the information you gather, you can propose a perfect date

2) Alpha: You kinda don't care what she wants. You propose a precise date and hour. Precise activity that you like. Either she likes it or she doesn't. She has to match you, instead of mutual agreement.
