I find liberal states and especially college towns to be most feminist. Conservative states and especially suburbia and rural America to be less so.

Native Alaskan women in small native towns in alaska have a much less virulent strain of feminism. More of a community vibe, aunties are respected but also respect the men in turn more than I've noticed in the L48

If they have a son, or if they have a male family member who is a victim of the inequality in society they often come around.

Until then they just have no reason to question the misandrist mainstream societal narrative they were socialized into or question all the inequalities they benefit from. This is made even more difficult by women's in-group bias, the explicit misandry in the culture of young western women, and sexual dynamics.

If you're asking is there a place or culture where the mainstream societal narrative is not misandrist then I don't know.

If she’s conservative politically or religiously. I don’t mean the completely subjugated women at the extreme, but middle of the road conservative, no issues with gays, expects to work unless you jointly decide it’s best for children. On the left it’s 1 in a million to find women that aren’t convinced they’re victims, and that all men are scum except the one man they choose who is only kept in thrall by their dazzling intelligence and beauty.

Any woman not upper middle class is more feminist. Lower or poor less likely to be feminist than wealthy and wealthy are less likely to be feminist than upper middle class.

Basically if you have enough money that your parents paid for your out of state private college and bought you a couple cars but your parents aren't wealthy enough to own a yacht you're pretty likely to be feminist.

Frankly, sheer luck in my experience. I see a lot of people citing politics and that's fine, But ultimately every person you meet is an individual human being and more than where they fall on the political spectrum. I've known left-leaning women who are pro men's rights. I've known conservative women who are staunchly feminist and regressive when it comes to men's rights, in that they perpetuate some outdated stereotypes of men and what it means to be a man. If you don't put in 80 hours a week, get married, have kids, always remain strong and never show emotion, you're not a man.

Rather than looking for conservative women or really any other label, look for women who think for themselves, and have ideally had a broad range of experiences in life.

Case study: my friend is a chaplain in the US Army and has seen a lot of awful things in the world, and a lot of beauty. She is left leaning, but I think due to her experiences in the Army, she's fully aware that men are human, too, and should actually be treated as such.

Controversial opinion:
1. Third world countries, more traditional. Don’t bring them back to the country you are from.
2. Actual feminist academics, they have evaluated feminism enough to recognise both benefits and disadvantages granted by the patriarchy. These are probably the closest to true equality.
