The "got in trouble with the police" and "seriously considered suicide" stats are interesting too.

However, stay tuned for the sexual consent posters around your campus next week instead of the news report on the guy in your lecture hall that killed himself on a Saturday night.

Women are more likely to admit to being coerced into sex(because it's inline with the dominant narrative) and admit to coercing sex(because it's not stigmatized for them to do so.)

None of these kinds of self-report surveys are ever done by people looking for serious data. It's always some school club trying to get a pool of data to cherry pick and use in some ridiculous ad campaign to support an agenda.

In other news, around 77% of students at your college aren't drinking right.

So when it comes to being drunk, the guys and girls exhibit almost equal behaviour when it comes to doing something they regret, blacking out, having unprotected sex, physically hurting yourself or someone else...but guys got in trouble with the police at a rate almost 5x higher than their female counterparts.

Interesting. Legal bias certainly starts young.

Self reporting is a bizarre thing some times... There can be biasing reasons why a result is a certain way, such that the result can't be taken as actually representative of reality.
