Evolution has optimised women for the ability to bear and raise healthy offspring. It has optimised men for other things.

This article looks at the biological disadvantages of men. There are advantages as well, which need to be borne in mind.

There's a meme in this community that men are just as fit and live as long as women. This goes against the scientific research I've read (summaries only), and goes against what we see of animals in nature (except birds).

Here's another paper talking about how males are more susceptible to disease and more sensitive to social stress. There's no indication that the author is a feminist. This isn't feminist science, it's real science. The kind we can use to make our case as MRAs.

Let's hash this out right now. Do you really believe men die earlier just because we have dangerous jobs? Why do you believe that, why are these other studies wrong, and why are human men more fit than all the other mammals?

This is coming out more and more. Susan Pinker has a really good book out called, the sexual paradox that more-or-less talks about the same thing.
