Think about where you started from. You were a scrawny nerdy guy who barely got laid at all, if ever. Now, you're in shape, make six figures, and you get laid some. You're moving in the right direction. Just keep working out, improving professionally, and developing social aptitude, interesting hobbies, and useful skills.

First off - it sounds like you lack creativity - as in you are only going for the sluts at work who sleep with their bosses. Try getting out a little bit and meeting some people.
