I really have no idea what "feminists" and even "feminism" itself is trying to achieve. Yes we have been living in a male dominated system for a long time, however, the small group of people that actually control things, the patriarchy as it were, is not made up of all men on the planet, most of us are in the same position as any feminist when it comes to the corporate financial systems that seem to rule our lives, because management types are not wanting to share power with anyone other than themselves, male or female. The mainstream looks at the majority of us males as if the current situation is our fault...as if we have an apology to make that we are obstinately avoiding. It now is starting to feel forced, I keep hearing about the hardships of women in today's world, but the majority of males are in the same position, yes some men rule the world, however, most of us arent even allowed to decide what the family has for dinner. It's feeling like more juvenile 'tit for tat' score keeping between genders...we are striving for "fairness" which I understand, but fairness is one of those human utopian concepts that doesn't actually mean anything once exposed to the real material universe...the men were the head of the family yes...but the woman was the neck, and the neck controls the head, it's a shame women need others to see their validation and praise, they could have kept steering the humanity vessel, but they chose not.
