Your frame is a major issue here. It's easy to tell because you went straight to "it must be my face" instead of it just being a dumb fat bitch feeling like a dumb fat bitch at a gym or one of a dozen other possibilities.

You're basically borderline on some incels sub shit with that. What it boils down to is that you've got this internal belief that your face is going to fuck up your prospects with women, and you're making it true by how you act and interpret situations.

Here's a different belief for you to focus on: "If the bitch doesn't like me, something's wrong with the bitch." Try that one on for a while. It makes a lot more sense in this situation with this lard ass than your explanation about your face.

Also, not to be nitpicky, but you weren't friendzoned. Being friendzoned would involve you pining over her when she didn't want more. That's not what happened here by a long shot.

Last thing: There's no such thing as an HB4. You don't rate girls who are lower than a 5.

Plenty of missing info and much generalisation because you want to revel in your comfort zone of rejection. I am exactly the same. It's easier to normalise rejection as standard so it doesn't hurt when you get rejected; it was always going to happen.

The issue I have with it is you can't have it both ways. You can't live in the rejection zone and then expect to get out of it. You have to be willing to believe you are capable (and that means actually seeing success for it to be an legit frame to live in). But the unreliability of success creates a scarcity mindset (a weak frame) and sets you up for failure. So if you live in the frame of "it is simply unwinnable" then you'll never get hurt, but you'll always find rejection wherever you look.

This was the purpose of her shit test, to see how authentic your frame was, and you failed it. Don't worry, most people fail it under such circumstances. I have more times nearly 100% of the time, leading to this mindset.

The funny thing is the difference between passing it and failing it is (almost) ENTIRELY because of your frame. If you have the frame of "lol ok sweetheart" (I'm obviously going to fuck her), then you simply had to lead and escalate logistically, and you would have got laid. But the frame of "I probably won't fuck her" leads to that outcome.

And why is it like this? Because this is how women are. They can't take the lead for you (if they do they have an agenda) because that's how they are attracted, they can't state they want you so explicitly, they can't put themselves in a situation to be rejected, so they'd rather reject you. At that point it's down to whether you'll accept rejection or not, and she is completely available to you if you show you can take charge and take what you want.

A shit test is your friend, just learn to recognise them and memorise the simplicity of "pass shit tests, isolate, logistically escalate".
