As far as if you did something wrong or not, I have no idea. You may have lost frame or done something to make yourself less attractive to her which resulted in the lack of sex. There really isn't enough info here. Another thing, you should have been more in control of the conversation about the lack of sex. You should have basically given her an ultimatum and if/when she refuses to have more sex then you leave. That way it's on your terms and not hers. I don't know how the conversation happened though so it's a tough call to know what could have been done better.
